Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any Sasthra platform (SAI, SOS, E-SASTHRA, G-SASTHRA), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using our platforms, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Use of Services
SAI - Competitive Exam Preparation
Access to comprehensive study materials, AI-powered learning tools, practice tests, and mock exams for JEE, NEET, UPSC, TNPSC, RRB, SSC, and other competitive examinations. Content is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
SOS - STEM Education
Participation in robotics workshops, coding classes, AI projects, and innovation labs. Students must follow safety guidelines for hands-on activities and respect intellectual property rights for project submissions.
E-SASTHRA - English Language Training
Access to IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, ESL, and Spoken English courses including live classes, practice tests, and personalized feedback. Recording of speaking sessions is for evaluation purposes only.
G-SASTHRA - Career Development
Participation in mock interviews, aptitude training, soft skills workshops, and career counseling. Interview recordings and resume data are confidential and used solely for training purposes.
User Responsibilities
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) share your account credentials, (b) copy, distribute, or modify course content without permission, (c) use automated tools to access our platforms, (d) engage in cheating or academic dishonesty, (e) harass or harm other users, (f) upload malicious code or viruses.
Content Ownership
All course materials, videos, study guides, practice tests, and educational content are proprietary to Sasthra. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational purposes only.
User-Generated Content
Content you submit (assignments, projects, forum posts) remains your property, but you grant Sasthra a license to use it for educational and platform improvement purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions don't violate third-party rights.
Academic Integrity
Students must maintain academic honesty in all assessments, tests, and assignments. Cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
Sasthra Content
All content on our platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks
Sasthra, SAI, SOS, E-SASTHRA, G-SASTHRA, and associated logos are trademarks of Sasthra. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
Third-Party Content
Some content may be licensed from third parties. Such content is subject to additional terms and restrictions as specified by the respective owners.
Copyright Infringement

Disclaimers and Limitations
Educational Services
While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific exam results, scores, or job placements. Success depends on individual effort, dedication, and various external factors.
Platform Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our platforms but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Content Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or current. Educational content is subject to updates and revisions.
